Jack Marshall of ProEthics is a Moron

I had no idea who Jack Marshall, a self-proclaimed ethicist and president of ProEthics, was.  Then he showed up at a law blog, and made an idiot of himself.  He claimed that a law blogger's conduct violated the Rules of Professional Conduct.  He never cited a single rule or court opinion.  No lawyer worth listening to would proclaim someone's conduct unethical without first analyzing relevant statutory and case-law materials.  Would you trust this guy's opinion on anything?  I sure wouldn't.
