Courtrooms checked in the old courthouse between 1:30 PM and 1:48 PM.  No North Wing or Satellite courtrooms checked since they are not scheduled for demolition, despite the fact they would yield an even greater number of empty courtrooms.  Again, this isn't about judges' work habits, since some were holding hearings in chambers (although some of the locked courtrooms' judges were seen wandering the halls just like us).  It's about mismanagement of precious county resources, and the shameless publicity campaign to get $328 million of tax payer money into the hands of fat cats while property tax revenues continue to plummet, and teachers and school programs are being cut. 34 COURTROOMS CHECKED 17 COURTROOMS IN USE 17 COURTROOMS EMPTY AT LEAST HALF OF THE "OUTMODED" COURTHOUSE EMPTY AFTER LUNCH ON A TUESDAY          (Today's JAABWALK is dedicated to the Broward County Bar Association)                (Drop an Anonymous Tip if you want the list of empty courtrooms) Pulp: Will Gardiner Go to the Gutter?
