If U.S. Supreme Court-watchers need a postwork drink after a busy Monday, one of the many alcoholic beverages now available to them is absinthe. They can toast an ex-Jones Day and Skadden Arps attorney for bringing the drink to America, as the longtime ban on the 124-proof spirit looks to fall now in France as well.
