Australia: Liberal MP Peter Abetz defends abortion law change

Sunday Times: "Writing for wangle.com.au, Mr Abetz has defended his decision to promote changes to WA's abortion laws, including a requirement that women view an ultrasound of their unborn child before going ahead with an abortion. 'I thought that was hardly radical stuff. It still leaves women with the choice. But it will be a better informed choice. They will have seen with their own eyes, that it is disingenuous to refer to their unborn child as a 'blob of tissue'."
