Legal blogging group highlights for the week of July 9-15, 2010

The Legal Blogging Group is now 4,282 members strong. Here are the highlights from this past week. Love it or hate it, Facebook is probably here to stay. A legal marketer asks, "Does your firm have a firm-wide facebook page? Does each attorney have their own page for marketing purposes?" One member uses Stacy Riordan's Fashion Law page and Looper, Reed, & McGraw as examples. Another weighed in on the issue based on her own experience: I would recommend starting with one Facebook business page for the firm. They take a lot of care and feeding, so to build more than one at a time might be a monumental task at first. One option is to have it focus on one major practice area, industry group or area of focus in your business and marketing plan, but I would suggest making it multi-focal to start...continue to full post
