: Legal Pad | LASoCal Edison sued for racial discrimination
By Richard Binder
A lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging a "racially hostile" work environment at Southern California Edison, where, a group of 11 current and former black employees claim, few blacks are in senior management. The suit also alleges unequal pay and job assignments.
