  Tony Clifton will be handicapping this year's races in honor of his old drinking buddy, Jimmy the Greek. Clifton is an independent contractor, so don't confuse his thoughts with the forthcoming JAABLOG endorsements. After being around the condos all these years, you learn a thing or two about campaigns. Most importantly?  To follow the money. Let's review the Circuit Court Races, with an eye on this quarter's recently filed finance reports.... First there is Oliver Parker, who I believe may be in the running to play the part of Wimpy for a local production of Popeye at Parker Playhouse. Finance reports say he is worth 3 million dollars with very little debt. To date he has raised and spent nothing. His opponent is Ken Gillespie....(Dizzy Gillespie kicked me off his tour bus once but that's another story)...continue to full post
