JAABWALK - Wednesday's constitutional started at 9:35 AM, ending at 9:53 AM.  Only the old courthouse was checked, scheduled for demolition.  One campaigning judge was on the bench, and at least three were MIA.  36 courtrooms were checked, yielding 20 EMPTY, and 16 IN USE. As usual, fifth floor hallway/fire hazard Foreclosure Court was in full swing, despite the usually high number of empty courtrooms.  Your tax dollars at work, sponsored by a corruption ridden County Commission currently trying to gut ethics reform ... Rumor of the day - did one of the six nominees currently under consideration to fill an empty circuit seat recently try to improperly influence an officer over a moving violation?
