Agreement reached in DADT litigation

Servicemembers Legal Defense Network: "Victor Fehrenbach's attorneys have reached an agreement with the Air Force and DOJ. There are three key points: 1) The Secretary (or his designee) cannot reach a discharge decision until after August 27; 2) If the decision is discharge, Fehrenbach will have 21 day notice. He can move forward with an injunction in that time frame. 3) Air Force and DOJ are required to notify the court of their actions."
