TONIGHT AT 7:00 PM

 So lonely ... Howard Finkelstein will be speaking this evening at 7:00 PM at the Koinonia Worship Center, 4900 West Hallandale Beach Blvd., in Pembroke Park.  The politically influential congregation has a close working relationship with the Public Defender's Office, having sponsored civil rights Redemption Workshops and other outreach programs in the past.  Tonight's speech is the capstone of Finkelstein's three month solitary effort to mobilize the community against the targeting of minority judges, the thirty-third speech he has given this summer in preparation for Tuesday's election. The speech/rally promises to be a doozy, since the normally impossible to fluster Finkelstein has been feeling more than a little frustrated at the legal community's near total failure to publicly support the minority judges currently under attack...continue to full post
