Here are today's three burning legal questions, along with the answers provided by the blogosphere. 1) Question: Hi, Bob from Fort Gay, W. Va. here. I just tried to enter my personal information into Xbox for a gaming account, but it says my account is already suspended? Huh?? Answer: Sorry, but if you put "Fort Gay" in your profile, Xbox may cancel your account and keep your membership fee. The word "gay" is "inappropriate in any context." (AP, Gamer suspended over name of W.Va. town: Fort Gay) 2) Question: I'm a juror and although the trial is not over, this defendant is obviously guilty. Can I give a little preview of my verdict to my friends on Facebook? Answer: Doing so will probably get you kicked off of the jury, plus at least a lecture from the judge about violating your oath as a juror, a $250.00 fine, and a court order to go home and write a five-page essay on the importance of the Sixth Amendment.
