Former Kennedy Chief of Staff to WilmerHale

The former chief of staff to late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) has rejoined Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP, the firm announced Tuesday.

Eric Mogilnicki, who served as Kennedy’s chief of staff from 2006 through 2009, will join the firm’s public policy practice, focusing on legislative and public policy strategy, congressional investigations, and litigation that involves regulatory or policy issues.

Before joining the senator’s office, Mogilnicki spent a decade at WilmerHale. Prior to his time with the firm, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General?s Office from 1987 to 1991.
