*UPDATE*: Click here for the complaint, filed by Attorney William Amlong. Brannon v. The PD - the rumored federal lawsuit filed by Doc Brannon against the Public Defender's Office is apparently real.  Details are still sketchy, and will remain so until someone who knows how to work PACER posts a comment and fills everybody in.  All we've heard is it has something to do with a claim by Brannon that the PD violated his 1st Amendment rights by allegedly punishing him for testifying on behalf of Cheryl Aleman.
