Past and present Justice Department leaders were on hand Friday for the third swearing-in for new Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, The Blog of Legal Times reported.
Attorney General Eric Holder introduced her presidential commission as former Attorney General John Ashcroft, former acting Solicitor General Walter Dellinger, former DOJ official Miguel Estrada and acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal looked on.
The fall term for the Supreme Court begins on Monday.
