Please Help My Good Friend Tiyo!

Hello all- This letter was written by Monty Neill, a long-time friend of Tiyo's (30+ years). It was Monty that introduced Tiyo to Howard Zinn and this is how Howard became Tiyo's good friend and champion for more than 30 years. We (his friends) are trying to enlist support for Tiyo who has been double celled for the first time. Tiyo just turned 78 in September and is not doing well emotionally and physically. We are encouraging people to write the Superintendent of Dallas, PA, the prison where Tiyo has been incarcerated for almost 40 years.
