By Bruce Carton

ADVERTISEMENTS
Here are today's three burning legal questions, along with the answers provided by the blogosphere. 1) Question: It is a gorgeous day and we are going to do some jetskiiing on the lake. Is there anything we should watch out for? Answer: Beware of lake pirates. No, seriously. (Turley, Lake Pirates? Texan Killed on Border Lake By Mexican Pirates) 2) Question: The police are about to Taser me! All I have at my disposal to use as a shield is my two-year-old daughter. Will that work? Answer: No. And it will likely get you a year in prison and mandatory parenting classes. (AP, Dad Gets Jail for Using Toddler as Taser Shield) 3) Question: Who says I can't have the word "crap" on a sign in my front yard? Answer: Notwithstanding your crafty "Seinfeld" defense, the East Hanover Township still says a sign protesting a mandated sewer tie-in fee stating "$10,000 TO TAKE A CRAP" must come down.
