This book review focuses on Frederick Schauer?s Thinking Like a Lawyer: A New Introduction to Legal Reasoning and interrogates both the strengths as well as the shortcoming of the book in the context of contemporary legal education in common law countries.
This short review provides an excellent concise summary, but its critical remarks are very brief indeed. Schauer's book is highly recommended.
