What do gang bangers look like? According to the Miami Police Department, they either resemble rapper Jay-Z or bad caricatures of Grand Theft Auto characters.
The police department used not one, but two different Jay-Z look-alikes in an ad encouraging the populace to report on suspected gang activity. Evidence is provided on the Miami New Times website which shows that the artwork was clearly based on real images of the rap impresario. Read More
