No, Really: Eligibility Can Be Determined, and Pretty Cheap, Too

By Phil

ADVERTISEMENTS

As I said before, Obama eligibility can be determined. And, as BirtherReport.com posted, long-form certificates of live birth are still very much retrievable from the Hawaiian Department of Health.

In fact, the individual at FreeRepublic who posted their recently-retrieved COLB even included the receipt for the piece of paper (because they’ve specifically stated they don’t want their COLB re-posted across the Internet, you’ll have to follow the link to go see it).

Ten bucks is all it costs to help determine eligibility. Of course, the presumption is that there is such a long-form birth certificate for Mr. Obama.

Now, some may say, “But Phil, these are still only images of alleged documents being posted by some individual on the Net.” And you would be correct.

Yet, as I’ve said before, consider these facts:

  1. You won’t find a receipt publicly available for Mr. Obama’s certification of birth;
  2. You won’t find any posting on any official governmental web site with Mr. Obama’s certification of birth;
  3. You won’t find any background documentation associated with any self-declaration of constitutional eligibility on Mr. Obama’s part.

I can’t prove that Mr. Obama is not eligible for the presidency, but nobody else can prove that he is.
