The year 2010 has been a momentous one for securities enforcement, litigation and compliance issues, as well as Delaware corporate litigation developments–and there are still a few days left in 2010 for more stuff to happen.

On December 29, 2010, Securities Docket will host its annual 'Year in Review' webcast. Bruce Carton's post here about the webcast, describes it as:
