ANDREW CUOMO AND Steve Rattner’s slap on the wrist. “I know what happened to my poor clients years ago when they stole something like a $5 ham from a grocery store. They did not get some fancy deal from the prosecutor. You have to be accused of taking lots of money to get the special deal.” It depends on where that money wound up.

Meanwhile, I note that Rattner was Obama’s “Auto Czar” at GM, and that this would be a much bigger scandal if it were a Republican administration.
