I just got some Cyrillic spam, apparently in Mongolian, from Chinggis Systems LLC, and what should I find amidst the incomprehensible but the phrase ??????? ?????????,? a Cyrillic transliteration of ?online marketing.? There were also ????????? (program), ???? ??????? (Web design), ??????????????? (outsourcing, with a mysterious suffix), ?????????? (Internet), and ???????? (business).
