Meet Tim Driggers, LexBlog's Director of Technology

For Tim Driggers, LexBlog's new Director of Technology, it's sometimes less about the technology than one might think. Leading a group of experienced developers while also keeping the technological needs of all of LexBlog met, he's stressed the importance of working as a team. 'For me, it's about infrastructure and bringing groups of people together to work as teams versus standalone people who are passing projects between each other,' Driggers said. 'I'm trying to build collaborative environments where everybody is part of the thought process and there's no one individual who's responsible for developing a product. I want to bring everybody in so we get the best ideas out of the entire group.'
