THE HILL: President Obama?s motorcade: A seatbelt-free zone? “Does President Obama wear a seatbelt in his presidential limo? He is supposed to, but there are indications that he doesn?t. . . . Both the president?s and Vice President Joe Biden?s motorcades were involved in accidents last year. The White House did not respond to a request for comment.” There’s no actual presidential exemption in the seatbelt laws, but everyone knows they’re for the little people.
