Paulsen on Constitutional Amendments Conforming the Text to the Decisions of the Supreme Court

By Lawrence Solum

ADVERTISEMENTS

Michael Stokes Paulsen (University of St. Thomas School of Law) has posted Our Perfect, Perfect Constitution (Constitutional Commentary, 2011) on SSRN. Here is the abstract:

In this short article, Professor Paulsen explains how our Constitution is perfect and how every Supreme Court interpretation of the Constitution is also perfectly perfect. He proposes modest clarifying changes in the written text of the Constitution to bring it into more perfect union with the Supreme Court's perfect interpretations.

Very partisan, but quite entertaining.
