Why isn't the FBI looking into this case and determining what the intruder was trying to "cauterize"? Wouldn't this incident bolster the case of those who are trying to get access via the Freedom of Information act that there is something the Obama people are so scared about being seen that they will break the law to try to change it and that a judge should allow this information to go public before it yet becomes scrubbed by some other attempt at cauterization?

Unfortunately there were setbacks and Berg's and Pidgeon's cases were dismissed, however my case is still very alive and scheduled for conference on the 23rd. I am not a chess player, but if I was one, I would state that now my best move is to request that the Justices nd particularly chief justice Roberts recuse themselves from swearing Obama on the 20th, due to the fact that the chief Justice Roberts on January 7th issued a decision not to dismiss my case, but rather to distribute it to be heard in the full conference of all 9 justices on the 23 rd...

As I stated previously, a private investigator has provided me with some 80 addresses with names of Barack Obama, Michelle Obama and Ann Soetoro (and other names that she used). Numerous volunteers around the country searched the databases and actually drove to locations and found numerous fraudulent addresses and fraudulent SS numbers...

Some have suggested that requiring people to log in before leaving comments would be best. However, when this was briefly tried around December 23rd, 2008, there was a lot of unhappiness with this decision and it was reversed...
