Soooo..... I said in this post that I would not be so vituperative in responding to Citibank's lies as issued by and through its counsel, Morgan Lewis partner Sam Shaulson, and I meant it. I'll just show it all through video and let the paperwork do the talking, and in so doing I will also expose some curious decisionmaking at the MCAD...

Yep, they were simply badass, that's why they were stickered in the 80's on the original hot hatch, and it's still true. Here's Transmission, 2:00 onward is the best, Ian Curtis is just kicking it so hard, and the drumming is just sick. What an astonishing song...

I dropped this public information request on 8 April, 2010, and I did it on video even, asking for the administration to FINALLY meet with Darrell Jones. It is now 21 April, 2010 and I haven't heard "boo!"And they still haven't met with Mr. Jones. Meanwhile I'm off to get my HD video camera, this is getting good so I want the best video I can get from here on out...

Sooooo.....these children rolled in from the four corners of the Country and just flat rocked it while Dagha hit another home run as the quintessential Master of Ceremonies. It was an extremely inspirational evening all around, with the children as poets laureate making the adults stop and think about the Real Meaning of Life...

Remember how I reported on this guy in relation to a Mortgage Fraud Indictment a few months ago? I wrote of it here. Well he plead out on that last week, doing Hard Time. Read the story at Banker & Tradesman. But with just a few more keystrokes and Google clicks I discovered that this is not his first scrape with serious allegations of Criminal Fraud...

Well that's easy. You don't go by what you see at the handlebar, you go by the fact that when you crack it open in 1st or 2nd gear the front end should loft up just as it does here. Note to newbies and squids: You should really keep both wheels on the ground, don't be out here ridin' through the gears on one wheel guys, you die like that...

Sooooo.....In a recent post I schooled a tool on Gunshot Residue and why it is important in this case. We see that Caleb Macaulay was indeed administered this GSR test that undoubtedly turned up NEGATIVE. That means that Gregory Floyd did not lean into the window and speak to Liko Kenney...
