We are pleased to welcome Miriam Baer as a guest blogger for the next two weeks. Miriam teaches corporations, corporate compliance, and criminal law and procedure at Brooklyn Law School. She is a prolific young scholar and an alumna of the Conglomerate Junior Scholars Workshop, where she presented Insuring Corporate Crime. Finally, I am pleased to note that she also has a Delaware connection, having clerked on the Third Circuit for Judge Jane Roth. Welcome, Miriam!
