I read a nice article (I only disagreed with about twenty per cent) in the Ventura County Star recently. For one thing, the article suggested that credit takes seven to ten years to rebound, while experts (and my clients) tell me that two years is more like it, if the debtor relentlessly works on cleaning up and reestablishing their credit rating.

The noteworthy portion of the article is the percentage of increase in bankruptcy filings; a hefty 28%!

It's tough all over during this Depression.
