: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageKingCast applauds Cleveland Free Times for pursuing update on Ohio Tattooing Regulations.
By Christopher King
Yes, as related to this post, the newspaper whose halls I walked 21 years ago will indeed step forward and investigate what in the hell happened to "3701-9-04 General safety and sanitation standards?" I want to know. Durb Morrison wants to know. People like us and my former client lobbied hard for Tattoo Regulations before he was ever sued by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and we got slammed, then Regulations where implemented but some of them apparently rescinded. Just got the email today from a Free Times Editor, and that's all you need to know for now. In the picture that's Bill Gunlocke 2nd from right, owner of the Cleveland Edition, predecessor to the Free Times. It was the coolest paper I ever worked for, 21 years ago when Bill was about my age now. Roldo. Broder. Ettore. Pantsios. Arvidson/Hambone. All you guys rocked it. Life a trip.
