An anonymous comment from earlier today in another post where people were spending most of the day on immature and ad hominem arguments, someone else from the Franconia Collective kept their eyes on the prize and kept working toward Justice:

Hey Chris,

Check this out.......on MSNBC

"Feds charge S.C. trooper in taped car ramming." Has a familar ring to it, don't ya think ?
The article goes on to say that they were indicted because of "violating the civil rights of the victim to be free from unreasonable conduct."

Correct me if I am wrong but is that not the point you have made since the murder of Liko? [KingCast edit: These guys in SC were on foot but it's still a Constitutional/Monell/42 U.S. Code 1983 Violation as noted in the Bruce McKay Legacy Post citing Brendlin v. California, and it applies to Caleb Macaulay too. Bruce McKay violated the hell out of his Civil Rights as well, and Caleb is a sympathetic Plaintiff, yah.]

Perhaps the feds can step in now and find out why the AG's office and so many others are jerking you/us around.

[KingCast note: We are going to the U.S. House this summer, in person]

Serpico? Love it. As you see in the comments, Martin Bregman directed all of my favorite Pacino movies. Haven't watched it in years until tonight though so we did. Serpico was a Good Cop. McKay was a rogue cop who did some good things early in his career, nothing more nothing less. Simple.

PS: Speaking of Ethics, I appealed the patently ridiculous refusal of the Supreme Court to ask Attorney Mullen a simple question yesterday, USPS 7007 0710 0000 3305 9992. It has been an entire month now since I proved that the town had the ethics complaint and he and his client have no idea how to address this, so they haven't even responded to the Show Cause Motion for Contempt.
