KingCast site of the month: Valley Street Jail Torture.

By Christopher King

ADVERTISEMENTS
While Columbus, Ohio's treatment of Jerry L. Doyle -- putting a political dissident "in the hole" for having the chutzpah to telephone prominent radio host Bob Conner -- is clearly appalling, the sad fact is the New Hampshire is just as bad:

The folks at Valley Street Jail website wrote me yesterday because they have a site documenting the abuses, deaths and litigation involved that is costing New Hampshire taxpayers untold fortunes. The site is:

"Dedicated to all who are abused and tortured at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections and to those who have died needlessly including Kevin McEvoy, Leonard Leduc, Brian Armstrong, Derek Doucet, Manuel Alvarez and the many others who have died due to abuse, medical neglect and/or custodial mistreatment. Hopefully, their deaths will not be in vain."

We have talked to many people including ex-inmates, current and former correctional officers (not all correctional officers are bad), defense attorneys and some public officials and they all say the same thing... "this jail needs to be cleaned up or shut down" and we will not rest until one of the two is accomplished.

Torture

Tying a naked woman to a chair and macing her. See comments.

Impunity

"Ineffective formal procedures, legislation, sadistic correctional officers, non-existent grievance procedures, an apathetic county commissioner and Attorney General all account for much of the ongoing abuse of inmates at HCDOC. If a correctional officer is found guilty of abuse or human rights violations, he is not even reprimanded or fired. The inmate, however may be transferred and/or retaliated upon. Justice?"

Kelly and her crew, including now-fired Jaffrey Chief Dunn, who laughed at the prospect of me being gang-raped in jail (read the transcript and here is the letter) probably would have loved for me to do a lil' piece of time there and never come back. To hell with both of them, they are (or in the case of Marty, were) just dirty public officials. Look at Kelly's legacy and the Michael Paulhus and Liko Kenney destroyed evidence files.

Anyway, all "Attempted Felony Extortion" and Unauthorized Practice of Law charges DISMISSED for writing a simple First Amendment NAACP Demand Letter about police abuse in which 3 service guns and a visual body cavity search were conducted for a LOITERING suspect who beat his case in 5 minutes and sans counsel.

Folks at Valley Street have approached the Department of Justice and claim that Federal Indictments may be forthcoming soon. I will incorporate what they are doing with the KingCast/Franconia Collective U.S. House Complaint that will follow as I complete work on the issues countenanced in the original and Amended Complaints for Grafton 08-E-192. Contact info at the AG's office is provided by my new friends in the comments.
