Dear Attorney Modigliani:
I missed your 22 May email to me on the Bruce McKay video where he detained and disrespected a 79 year-old elder for a coupla' hours for an expired inspection sticker right before 5/11, when he forcibly violated pursuit and OC Spray protocol against Liko Kenney for an expired inspection sticker. I'll be ordering the $155.00 DVD soon, and thank you again for your efforts.

Dear Attorney Mullen:
You wrote me as noted in these comments on 22 May 2008 because your client has a host of things that they have been derelict in their statutory duties of even responding to on time. Right now I'm less concerned about the Rules violations than I am about the substance of what your clients, i.e. Franconia Police Chief Mark Montminy and the Town Selectmen provide.

Also, why is there still no response to the Mother's Day Notice of Bad Faith or the Show Cause Contempt of Court Motion for your client either shredding or lying about the presence of the Troy Watts Ethics Complaint about Bruce McKay. And I hope your client did not send you that complaint so you can get rid of this pending Ethics Complaint.

Whatever your client does on this will be documented in a report to the U.S. House in a few weeks.
