Changes Coming

The attentive reader will have noted that posting has dropped way off. First, there was the vacation. Too much fun to worry about posting. Then there was the Christmas to New Years cold. Then school started. And now the cold has turned into bronchitis. All of which has left me with little energy for blogging.

It’s also given me the opportunity to reflect at some length on the basic fact that I’ve been suffering for a while now from a severe case of blogging burnout.

I’ve decided to freshen up by shaking things up a bit. Go back to one blog instead of three. Focus more on law, business, food, wine, football, and my dogs than punditry. Post less often but, one hopes, better stuff.

As part of all this, I’ll be moving the blog to a newly designed site on the UCLAW servers, which will save me a lot of money, which will come in handy because I’m getting rid of the advertising (except for plugs for my books, of course).

We should be ready to roll out the new site by the end of next week. I hope that the domain names and feeds remain the same.

Change is part of life, even for Burkean conservatives. I hope you’ll stick with me through this change.
