Lawyers and defendants at the West Satellite appear before both Judge Feld and the State.  This picture of ASA Monica Benitez in the witness box was taken before court today.  Sure enough, after the "All Rise!", the young ASA stayed put and prosecuted from stage left, complete with clever comments about which case the judge should call next.  Strange, to say the least, and especially confusing to pro se defendants and the carpenter who spent all that time making the table reserved for the State Attorney; 2.)
