They're asking the Fourth DCA to intervene, in order to reverse Judge Lucy Chernow-Brown's refusal to allow discovery into the vast Gardiner/Scheinberg communications made public via the JQC's finding of probable cause, amongst other issues. This one's going to keep getting better and better. As far as Gardiner is concerned, everyone is looking forward to May 31st, the first business day after the title "Judge" is removed from Gardiner's name.
