Geoff Cohen ruled today against the SAO and one of Michael Brannon's counselors, David Bogenschutz. The five page Order sustaining the Public Defender's objection to the appointment of Brannon is found here. We're also currently trying to find a copy of the Public Defender's reply in the federal lawsuit filed by William Amlong on behalf of Brannon.  Please, if anyone out there is PACER enabled, send us a copy to the email address on file with the Florida Bar. *UPDATE* - thanks to "Anonymous" for the quick response.  The PD's Motion To Dismiss is found here.
