 Nova Law School Book Store reports brisk sales ...Purported Email from Judge Carney to all 17th Circuit Judges:    Enclosed herewith is a copy of the proposed rotational plan for the 17 th Judicial Circuit. It includes rotation for both Circuit and County Court.     At this time the Committee is soliciting comments from judges, both for and against the plan. To be considered , all comments must be in writing directed to Judge Carney with copies to all of the members of the committee ? no private lobbying. The other committee members are: Judges Lisa Porter, Jeff Levenson, Susan Greenhawt, Robert Lee, and Joel Lazarus.
