With technology, all things are possible

BoardBuzz is enjoying graduation season, as it’s a time for the students in our schools to celebrate one of the biggest achievements of their young lives.  But for one student in California, that walk across the stage held special meaning. 

According to a video we found on CNN.com, Steven Lee, who suffers from leukemia and couldn’t physically attend his graduation, was able to virually cross the stage through the miracle of technology.  Using Skype, and the help of the local television station, Lee got to “walk” across the stage, receive his diploma, and even toss his cap in the air with his fellow classmates.
