A woman says her father was evicted and abandoned by his nursing home and left outdoors for hours. The man was sitting on his front porch when a neighbor noticed him. The neighbor says a nursing home van dropped him off at his ex-wife?s home, but nobody was present at the time. The daughter claims that her father is very weak and may have fallen while walking unassisted. She is filing a compliant with the state concerning the nursing home negligence.
