ADVERTISEMENTS
Our colleagues in Veracruz, Mexico, sent along the latest version of Demos — an issue that contains essays from participants in workshops that I attended last year in Veracruz, Mexico. The essays by other participants are also interesting, especially the contribution from Alfonso Ayala Sanchez (Consejero Electoral, Instituto Electoral Veracruzano).
