: Legal Ethics ForumNew movie, The Informant, has lotsa legal ethics angles
One of my favorite non-fiction books, The Informant, is now a movie starring Matt Damon. (Blawgosphere comments here)
The movie has some great legal ethics issues and if you teach PR and are interested, shoot me an email and I will send you an excerpt from my course reader and a few PowerPoint slides on the topic. The basic issues deal with client identity, representation of entity constituents, and who controls key decisions (the client or lawyer). Most of the issues arose as the key players got "lawyered up."
