Issue(s): Whether a conviction for attempting to flee or elude a police officer in a motor vehicle under a provision of a state statute which bars offenders from increasing their speed or extinguishing the vehicle's lights to flee, but does not require that anyone or anything actually be endangered, constitutes a ?violent felony? under the residual clause of Section 924(e)(2)(B)(ii) of the Armed Career Criminal Act.
