Answering SCO Bit by Bit - The Robert Swartz Memo, Take 2

A reader points out that SCO's legal page [http://www.sco.com/company/ legal/update/] seems to be changing. Since that likely indicates what they are planning going forward and what cards they imagine they are holding, we at Groklaw thought it would be useful to answer them, item by item.

Of course, we have already done so in the past, but because SCO has new management, we'd like to offer help by showing exactly where on Groklaw they can find materials regarding each item.

So, let's start with item number one on their list for this article, the 1999 Robert Swartz memo [PDF].
