Cahn Files Motion to Approve Stock Options

ADVERTISEMENTS
Now SCO's Chapter 11 Trustee wants the court to approve stock options awarded since SCO filed for bankruptcy. So, here's my question: when does he file a motion to pay Novell what SCO owes them?

And before the court assumes that the 2004 Omnibus Plan is just hunky dory, I would suggest they carefully peruse the documents filed in the Canopy-Yarro litigation, which was about such plans. You might want to at least go over it with a fine tooth comb.
