Das DRM (Digital Rights Management) auf den ersten Blick sinnvoll, in der Praxis aber ätzend ist, weiss man spätestens, wenn man mal Musik gekauft hat, die auf einem neuen Rechner dann nicht abgespielt werden kann. Auch Dokumentlieferdienste wie subito (und natürlich noch mehr die KundInnen) haben unter teilweise recht schrägen Auflagen zu leiden (mehr dazu u.a. bei infobib).
