It's the one bill we never mind paying for time and again.

ADVERTISEMENTS
Marc Randazza and the Satyriconistas at The Legal Satyricon commemorate Bill of Rights Day in high style with Blawg Review #190. This is a particularly impressive Blawg Review for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the fact that they managed to find a Third Amendment-related post to round out their tour of all ten amendments. For those whose memories of the Third are understandably fuzzy, it provides that "No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."

I subscribe to nearly two hundred legal and law-related blogs and follow many legal bloggers on Twitter as well, and I can't recall the last time I read a Third Amendment post. I'm glad Randazza, et al. had hosting duties this week; in lieu of a Third Amendment-related post, I would've thrown in three extra First Amendment posts or a First Amendment post and a Second Amendment post, or perhaps another Sixth Amendment post with half the URL missing. Suffice to say, the Satyriconistas managed better.

Ron Coleman hosts next week's Blawg Review at his Likelihood of Confusion blog.
