: Legal Pad | LADaye joins Klinedinst

Klinedinst PC has announced the addition of employment attorney Anthony B. Daye to the firm. He will be working out of both the Orange County and Los Angeles offices.
As part of his practice, Daye has represented clients in cases involving age discrimination, sexual harassment, trade secret litigation, and corporate raiding. Aside from litigation, he regularly assists clients with employment counseling, employee training, policy design and review.
Daye has practiced employment law for the last two years in Northern California. He was named a Rising Star in the 2009 edition of Northern California Super Lawyers®. Daye is a graduate of University of San Francisco School of Law, where he worked in the school's Mediation Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
