Hawaii GOP gubernatorial hopeful pans shipping law

A Republican candidate for governor is blasting a federal shipping law known as the Jones Act. Honolulu lawyer John Carroll said during a speech Wednesday the law results in higher prices for milk and other goods that are shipped from the mainland to Hawaii.
