An editorial on The Huffington Post written by Art Brodsky (Communications Director, Public Knowledge) takes editorial writers to task for categorizing the supporters of net neutrality as "zealots," "ayatollahs," "self-righteous," etc. His targets include Joe Nocera from the New York Times and Steve Pearlstein at the Washington Post.

Joe Nocera over at the New York Times recently wrote that the Verizon-Google deal proposed in August is a "well-meaning proposal" that was met with "fierce, unyielding proponents" from net roots and advocacy groups - of which Public Knowledge is part.
